About order confirmation

Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
If you do not receive this confirmation email, it may have gone into your spam folder, so please check again. If you have not received it, the registered email address may be incorrect. In that case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us via the contact form .

* If you register your email address and mobile phone number with Shop Pay , you can easily make payments the next time you make a purchase by simply entering the 6-digit code sent to your mobile phone number via SMS, without having to enter your credit card information again. This can also be used at other stores that have Shop Pay installed.

We have introduced Apple Pay and Google Pay as new payment methods.

Delivery Information

We will ship your order via Yamato Transport. Please note that we cannot accept requests for specific delivery companies.
After placing an order, we will usually ship within 3 business days. Please note that some items may take longer than usual to be shipped. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Shipping Fee

If your purchase price is 7,400 yen or more (tax included), we will deliver your order free of charge.
Bandanas, scarves, etc. can be shipped via Nekopos nationwide for a flat rate of 188 yen (tax included).

Gift wrapping

Sorry, but we do not offer gift wrapping services.

Returns/Exchanges

Please note that our online shop does not accept exchanges or returns due to customer convenience.
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product you receive is damaged or soiled, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us via the contact form within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will exchange the product for a new or equivalent item, and we will cover the shipping costs.
